1: If you find your self attending places, the movies, shopping trips or w.e just because your girl ask you too thats a 50/50 step 1 to being a follower (sometimes you are just being a good friend)
2: If you stop whatever your doing to go with this person or tend to their needs uh huh step 2 flashing lights you should do what you need to do unless this person is in harms way or absolutely needs your help
3: You base your decisions whether buying a dress or deciding what to eat and when to call your boy/girl friends step 3 your definately getting warmer and you should stop immeadiately
4: If this person bad mouths you and you allow them to do so even when your in public and you brush it off like its nothing and make comments to other friends about what they're doing yet not doing anything about it step 4 Your a follower Ok
RECOVERY
1:You need to admit that you are being a follower to yourselves and your friends (sometimes they can make you feel better once they see that you understand what youve been doing ) [not the person who youve been following and if theyre your only friend than god help you lmfao]
2:Try to break the habits go about your daily routine dont always answer the phone when they call and maybe call another friend when you have a problem or dilema spread your situations among some of your friends not just them you make them feel like you need them to survive and tey become cocky and feel that your needy
3:Work on ignoring their comments about what to wear and when to wear it who to go out with etc.. become your own person if they dont think someone is cute and you think they are dont agree with them stand your ground and say well they are to me
4: Dont let their bad moods put you down followers change their mood to who they are following just simply be in your mood and if your being cheerful and thye dont want to try it then tell them you hope they feel better but you have to go (if your on the phone or in person) getting away from the bad mood will show them your in charge
5:When theyre rude or bad mouth you stand up for yourself and let them know that they have taken advantage of you and they cant do it anymore then move on if they become bitchy about the changes then theyre not your friend if they accept it then they probably werent trying to make you feel like that on purpose
6:You have officially graduated FA
